Terms of use

Last updated: April 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of waivehealth.com (the "Site") and any related services offered by Waive Administrators, LLC ("Waive"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

This document is a baseline placeholder intended to describe our normal operating terms. Counsel review is in progress; the final terms supersede this version.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit malware, scrape or copy content systematically, or interfere with the operation or security of the Site.

2. Information you submit

By submitting a form, RFQ, partner application, or message, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. Census files and other employer-supplied data must be submitted in compliance with applicable privacy and employment laws. Waive's handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3. No professional advice

Information published on this Site is for general informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, medical, or insurance advice. Decisions about benefits plans, coverage, or compliance obligations should be made in consultation with appropriately licensed professionals.

4. Quotes and pricing estimates

Savings estimates, indicative pricing, and benefit summaries shown on the Site are illustrative. Firm, bindable pricing is delivered separately by Waive's underwriting team based on a complete RFQ. Final premium, fees, and plan terms are governed by the executed plan documents and stop-loss carrier policies, not by content on this Site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Waive name and brand period mark, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to Waive Administrators, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of publicly available information.

6. Third-party links

The Site may include links to third-party websites and services (for example, scheduling tools or partner pages). Waive is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Waive does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the Site. Waive's total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Waive harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
