Four reasons producers move books to Waive
30%+ savings vs. legacy renewals
Most groups switching to Waive cut their fully-insured premium by 25–35% — without thinning the network or stripping benefits. Show your client a renewal that actually moves.
"Our average employer save is 30%¹."
One platform. Trident, CoastCare, supplemental, Helo.
Stop juggling three carrier portals to fit one client. Waive's portfolio covers level-funded, supplemental, and healthshare under a single appointment.
"One appointment. Every plan line."
Member-level census in. Quote out in under 24 hours.
Upload a clean census, and our underwriting team returns a firm — not indicative — quote the next business day. Stop losing deals to delay.
"Under 24 hours, every time."
Automated onboarding. Transparent commissions.
Eligibility loads, ID cards, and renewal communications run on autopilot. Commissions appear in your dashboard the day the client funds.

Producer questions, answered
What are Waive's contribution and participation requirements?
Trident level-funded requires 50% employer contribution toward employee-only premium and 75% eligible employee participation. Some markets allow flexibility — your underwriter will confirm during quote.
Which stop-loss carriers do you partner with?
Berkley Accident & Health, Tokio Marine HCC, and HM Insurance Group are our primary specific and aggregate stop-loss partners. Carrier selection depends on group size, state, and risk profile.
What's your commission schedule?
Commissions are typically paid as a PEPM amount disclosed up-front in the proposal. Bonus structures are available through the Waive Elevate program. All commissions visible in real-time in your broker dashboard.
How long does the appointment process take?
Initial appointment paperwork is reviewed within 3 business days. State licensing verification and contracting typically complete in 7–10 business days, depending on your appointed states.
Can I quote across multiple states?
Yes — Waive is a licensed TPA in all 50 states. You quote once, we route to the appropriate carrier paper based on the group's primary location.
What census format do you need for an RFQ?
Standard member-level census: name (or ID), DOB, gender, ZIP, relationship (EE/SP/CH), and tobacco status. Excel or CSV preferred. We can work from spreadsheets your group already has.
Do you handle the renewal conversation?
We provide renewal data 120 days out — line-item claims, trend analysis, and projected rates. You decide whether you or our team leads the renewal discussion with the client.
Is there a producer portal for managing clients?
Yes. The Waive broker portal shows in-force groups, pending RFQs, commission statements, renewal timelines, and member rosters in one view.
