Frequently Asked

Questions before you enroll

How fast can I enroll?

Most members complete enrollment in under 5 minutes online. Coverage typically begins the 1st of the following month, with same-day options in some states.

Will you ask for my Social Security Number?

Only when required for legal coverage verification. We never sell your data and your SSN is encrypted at rest.

Can I use an HSA with Waive plans?

Yes — qualifying high-deductible Trident plans are HSA-eligible. Helo Health (healthshare) is not HSA-eligible because it is not insurance.

Are prescriptions covered?

Trident plans include prescription benefits with formulary tiers. Helo memberships include prescription discounts and a generics program.

Can I add my spouse and kids?

Yes. Family enrollment is supported on every plan. Pricing scales by household size, not per-person multipliers.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel any time, no penalty. We prorate your final month and confirm coverage end date in writing.

Will my doctor be in-network?

Trident uses national PPO networks (Aetna / Cigna depending on state). Helo allows any licensed provider — pay the negotiated rate up front, get reimbursed.

What happens if I move states?

Coverage moves with you. Update your address in the member portal — we re-issue ID cards and confirm network in your new state within 48 hours.
