Terms of Use
Last revised 8 October 2026
Waive (“Waive”, “we”, “us”) is a third-party administrator of group health plans. These terms apply to your use of waivehealth.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
What this site is
The Site describes the administration services Waive offers to employers, agencies and carriers, and points you to email or a booked call if you want a quote. It is general information about our services.
What this site is not
Nothing on the Site is an offer of insurance or of coverage, a binding quote, or a promise that any plan, network, carrier or rate will be available to your group. Any figures shown are illustrative. A quote is only what we send you in writing after underwriting, and coverage is governed solely by the plan documents and policies that apply to it. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or medical advice.
Using the site
Please use the Site lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it, or use it to send anything unlawful. When you submit someone else’s details, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Information you send us
What you send through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send health information, Social Security numbers or other sensitive data through the Site.
Our content
The Site, its text, design, logos and the Waive name belongs to Waive or its licensors. You may view and share the Site, but please do not copy, republish or use our branding without permission. Other names and logos on the Site belong to their owners.
Other websites and services
The Site links to and embeds services we do not control, including our scheduling calendar and the Well Aware initiative. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Availability and disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Waive is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, or for any loss arising from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts serving Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the Site changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
